EVOKE
Who we are
elevating human stories
Change is slow and fast. It comes from the top-down and the bottom-up. It is an echoing shout and a crescendo of whispers. It comes through the laws that we write and the stories that we tell. Evoke Media exists to elevate the bridge-building, soul-stirring, mind-expanding stories that can change the world. From podcasts to film, social media campaigns to narrative change initiatives, we support creative endeavors that remind us of our shared humanity.
What we do
Changing narratives
We gravitate towards projects that artfully bridge our societal divides and remind us of our shared humanity. We have a particular fondness for character-driven narratives that meet audiences where they’re at. While we understand that the first element of impact is an excellent work of art, we prioritize projects led by teams committed to impact beyond the creative output itself. Check out our FAQs for more information about the types of projects we support.

AND IMPACT GUIDE
What if the same creativity you brought to filmmaking was also brought to your distribution plan?
We were so impressed by what our partner, Sharon “Rocky” Roggio did with her film, 1946, that we used it as a case study for our new indie distribution guide. From handling rejection to building alternative revenue streams, this guide was made for you. By us. With love.
“The rewards on the other side are indescribable.”

OUR portfolio
Our portfolio evolves every year, but to date we’ve funded podcasts, documentaries, YouTube series, and narrative change initiatives. The common denominator? Creative works leveraging art to evoke empathy and action.
